Parking at BIC is limited and space, availability and vehicle size restrictions vary by building. If you are renting a condominium at BIC, please ensure that you understand the parking limitations of the unit you rented so you do not have your vehicle towed at your expense.
Buildings G, H, I, J, N
There is a limit of 2 spaces (MAX) for your use. One owner/specific to unit and one guest/first come first served.
If owner has a vehicle stored while they are not on property. You only have 1 space available. Check with the owner.
Over standard height vehicles will not fit in parking spaces under buildings.
Trailers are only permitted in BIC property if they are stored properly in a parking space assigned to the unit you are renting. Remember, this means there is only one "visitor" spot that may be available for your use, and that is on a first-come-first-served basis.
Trailer may NOT be stored in a "visitor" parking space, or on any roadway in BIC.
Any vehicle or trailer must fit cleanly in a space under building. Meaning small trailers only (example for a 16' boat). Larger trailers will not fit under buildings. Long SUV's with tow/hitch cargo racks will not fit in spaces.
Parking in vacant lots will get your trailer or vehicle towed at your expense.
Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F
There are 2 dedicated spaces for unit parking directly under each condo.
If owner has a vehicle/trailer/boat stored while they are not on property. You only have 1 space available. Check with the owner.
Blocking fire lanes at any time will subject your vehicle or trailer to immediate towing.
Blocking fire lanes to unload, wash boats, pack for departure is prohibited and subject to immediate towing.
Any vehicle or trailer must fit cleanly under the building walkway without protruding into the fire lane.
Some units may accommodate a small trailer and 2 smaller vehicles, if not occupied by owner vehicles or trailers. None of the units will accommodate a large trailer plus 2 vehicles. Nor will any of the units accommodate 2 large vehicles and a small trailer. Larger trailers for boats over 20' will not fit under condos.
Parking in vacant lots will get your trailer or vehicle towed at your expense.
Boat Slips
All slips are privately owned and not for public use.
If you are renting, the only slip you can use is one that comes with your condo.
No, guests visiting by boat are not allowed! There are zero available docks. Just because it is empty, does not mean you can use it. All guests should arrive on your boat (if your condo comes with a slip), or by vehicle. They should not arrive in a non-registered boat.
Boat slips are complicated and owned independently by Useppa, Owners of Useppa, Owners of BIC, Owners of BICW and Owners of Cottages at BIC.
