South Pool

The South Pool is located on Jug Creek.  Pools are heated. 
 
Pool Rules:
Follow Posted Rules
NO GLASS within pool fence area. 
This includes EVERY type of beer bottle, bottles in koozies, etc. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you want to drink beer at the pool, ensure it is in a plastic cup before you enter the gate. 
Any cooler with glass in it, must remain outside the fenced area of the pool. NO EXCEPTIONS.
All umbrellas must be closed and strapped properly when you leave the pool area.
All items left in Pool or Pool Area will be discarded daily. We do not maintain a lost and found. You leave it, you lost it.
No furniture in pools
Other owners are not your cleaning service, Ensure all TRASH is disposed of properly before leaving pool area.
 
 

North Pool

The North Pool located at the north end of the marina. Pools are heated.

Pier

The BIC Community Private pier is a wonderful place to enjoy sunrises, sunsets, or to just kick back and relax. The gate code must be entered for both entry and exit. Frequently-changed gate codes are available for both Owners, Owners Guests and Renters.
Please close the gate so that it locks behind you when on the pier for guest safety.  Both Entry and Exit.
The pier does not have electricity or water. 
Fishing is allowed as long as you have a valid Florida fishing license.
Cast netting is not allowed (prohibited) from the pier.
There is a fish cleaning bench on the left for bait.  Should you use this, you must bring a bucket and wash the area after use with seawater to ensure that it is clean for the rest of the residents.   Cutting bait on the decking or benches is prohibited.
 

Tennis Courts

BIC has two tennis courts that are available to all residents. The courts were resurfaced in 2019.
 
BIC permits tennis on the courts during daylight hours. Pickleball play is permitted during certain hours only - see available hours posted at the courts.
 

Shuffleboard

BIC has two shuffleboard courts for resident use. 
 
Equipment for play is located court side. Should you note any equipment repair needs, or damage to equipment (stuff doesn't last forever).  Please notify the property manager via a maintenance request in Request Manager on this site.  So that maintenance can be done or replacement items ordered for play.  Thank You! Clubhouses

North Clubhouse Facilities include:
  • Men's and Women's bathrooms. Outdoor shower. A small screen enclosure that can be used by pool guests. The BIC Office is also located on the back side of the North Pool
South Clubhouse Facilities include:
  • Men's and Women's bathrooms. Outdoor shower. A large indoor clubhouse with full kitchen.
