BIC Property Manager does not handle condo rentals nor condo sales. You will not receive a response to rental or sales requests.
Unit issues such as plumbing, air conditioning, or maintenance related items are not the responsibility of the BIC Property Manager.
Unit lockout issues such as lost keys, no access etc. should be sent to your rental agency, or Unit owner. The BIC Property Manager does not respond to these requests.
