Security Deposit:
There is a $300 required security deposit required prior to using the clubhouse. Please provide this deposit to Property Manager when picking up keys.
This will be refunded if clubhouse is "PROPERLY" cleaned after use and keys returned.
Note: Entire Security deposit "WILL BE FORFEIT" should club manager have any issues with "well we KINDA cleaned it up" departure. No debates will be heard on this matter, you either clean it properly, or lose your security deposit. Partial deposit will not be refunded at any time where Club House is not left in proper condition. Including Counters, Cabinets, Floors, Sinks, Tables, Chairs.
Note: Lost key will FORFEIT entire deposit, since locks will need to be changed on building involving both property manager and maintenance work.
